These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SideQuest AI website at sidequestai.quest and all related services, including the archetype quiz, Quest products, SideQuest Camp community, and digital content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SideQuest AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account and Access
- Access to SideQuest Camp requires a valid purchase or authorized email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Products and Purchases
Quest Products:
- Quests are digital products (PDF blueprints) delivered electronically after purchase
- Pricing: $333 per individual Quest, $777 for a bundle of three Quests
- All prices are in USD and subject to change without prior notice
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Delivery:
- Quest PDFs are delivered via email to the address used at purchase
- Access to SideQuest Camp is granted automatically upon purchase verification
- Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue with delivery or access, contact us at Theo@sidequestai.quest and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on SideQuest AI — including Quest PDFs, website design, archetype system, quiz content, artwork, and branding — is owned by SideQuest AI and protected by copyright
- Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Quest content for your own business purposes
- You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly post Quest PDFs or their contents
- You may not claim authorship of Quest content or represent it as your own creation
6. Community Guidelines (SideQuest Camp)
When using SideQuest Camp, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
- Keep content relevant to entrepreneurship, AI, and personal growth
- Not share Quest PDF content in community channels (it's for your eyes only)
- Not spam, promote competing products, or solicit members without permission
- Not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
We reserve the right to remove content and revoke access for violations at our sole discretion.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
Important: SideQuest AI Quests provide business blueprints, strategies, and frameworks. Revenue figures mentioned in Quests and on our website represent potential outcomes based on the models described, not guarantees. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and execution. We make no promises or guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SideQuest AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on Quest content
9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Stripe, Mailchimp, Notion, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
9a. TikTok Integration
SideQuest AI uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish content to our official TikTok account (@my_sidequest_ai). By using the SideQuest AI Service, you acknowledge the following:
- The TikTok integration is used solely by SideQuest AI for publishing marketing and educational content — it does not interact with or collect data from end users
- SideQuest AI's use of the TikTok API is subject to TikTok's Developer Terms of Service
- Any interaction you have with SideQuest AI content on TikTok is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service
- SideQuest AI does not use TikTok's API to access, store, or process personal data of TikTok users
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Purchased Quest PDFs remain yours to keep.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
