Customer access

Open SideQuest AI Content Studio, enter your email, and verify the six-digit email code. Free limits and paid unlocks are checked on the server for every campaign and draft. TikTok connection and deliberate publishing are available to signed-in free customers.

Connect TikTok

  1. Sign in to Content Studio with your customer account.
  2. Select Connect my TikTok account.
  3. Choose the TikTok account on TikTok's consent page and approve the displayed permissions.
  4. Back in Content Studio, verify the nickname, username, avatar, privacy choices, interaction availability, and current duration limit returned by TikTok.

The registered OAuth redirect is https://sidequestai.quest/tiktok/callback. The callback exchanges the authorization code server-side and never places TikTok tokens in the page URL or browser storage.

Disconnect or delete Content Studio data

Disconnect and revoke asks TikTok to revoke the connection and removes SideQuest's stored token and creator connection even if TikTok cannot confirm revocation. Delete Content Studio data also removes that customer's publish records, progress milestones, request counters, and pending TikTok connection state. If TikTok does not confirm revocation, Content Studio directs you to remove SideQuest from TikTok Connected Apps. Both controls are in the connected-account section.

You may also request access or deletion by emailing Theo@sidequestai.quest from the email attached to your SideQuest account. We will verify the request before acting.

Publishing status

Browser file checks are preliminary because the video uploads directly to TikTok. TikTok validates the uploaded file, and its status response is the authority for processing, completion, or failure. Content Studio shows TikTok's publish ID and polls for that result. Processing can take several minutes. Keep the publish ID when contacting support.
